1 August Update

Unfortunately my work has been a little slow over the past couple of weeks. I had to shift my sleep schedule twice within about a week for work and that always causes problems trying to remember to get everything done. However, I was able to design the circuit and create an Arduino sketch in order for the dispenser to work. I am currently finishing up the physical design to hold the components for testing. I should be able to print the case in the next day or two.
